Responsible gambling at R24
Six rooms on one balance makes it easy to lose track of a session, which is exactly why the limits here are set on the account rather than on a room. Set them once and they hold everywhere on the R24 floor, from the reels to the cannon rooms to an open sportsbook slip.
A deposit cap, set by you
A deposit cap is the most useful limit you can set, because the cashier is the only door money comes in through. Set a daily or weekly figure on your own account and the cashier will not take more than that from any of the ten rails, whichever room you are standing in when you try.
Lowering a cap takes effect immediately. Raising one does not, and that gap is deliberate: it is there so a decision made calmly cannot be undone in the middle of a run. The minimum deposit is RM20 and nothing about a cap changes that, it changes the ceiling rather than the floor.
A session timer, for a floor with no clock
Nothing in these rooms tells you how long you have been here. The reels do not, a cannon room certainly does not, and a live shoe runs twenty minutes at a time without announcing it. A session timer on the account puts a clock back in the room and tells you when you set it to.
Set it to the sitting you actually planned, not to the one you hope to have. Ten minutes suits a cannon room, half an hour suits the slot shelves, an hour or more is where a live table earns its seat. When the timer speaks, the useful habit is to finish the round and read the balance before deciding anything.
What the numbers on this floor are, and are not
The average published RTP across the slot shelves is 96.2%, measured over millions of rounds. It is not a forecast of an evening. A history board at a baccarat table is a record of what a shoe has done, not a prediction of what it will do. The progressive pool at RM1,920,000 pays on its own trigger and nobody can time it.
One figure here is arithmetic rather than chance: the flat 0.7% daily turnover rebate, which carries no turnover requirement and pays on what you staked whether the round won or lost. Everything else in these rooms has an uncertain outcome, which is what gambling means, and no amount of reading a board changes that.
Cooling off, and self-exclusion
A cooling-off period closes the rooms for a set stretch and runs its full length once it starts. Self-exclusion goes further: it closes the account, takes you off every offer list, and blocks a new account opened on the same name, phone number or bank. Any balance left is paid out first under the usual cashier rules, from RM40.
Neither can be talked back open through live chat, and that is the point of them rather than an inconvenience. A host who could reverse an exclusion mid-period would make the tool worthless, so nobody on the support desk has that ability at all.
Who this floor is for, and where to get help
Accounts are for players 18 and over, one person to one account, checked on the phone number at sign-up. A date of birth is asked for at the start rather than later for the same reason. Duplicate accounts are closed and any offer taken on them is reversed.
R24 holds a Curaçao gaming licence. No Malaysian authority issues a licence for an online casino, so none is claimed here. If playing has stopped being something you enjoy, if you are chasing losses, or if you are keeping it from people at home, talk to someone: your doctor, a qualified counsellor, or a Malaysian support line such as Befrienders. Set the figure before you open a room, and the contact desk can set a limit with you on live chat at any hour.
