About R24
R24 is short for Royal24, and it is one casino floor laid out in six rooms for players in Malaysia. Here is who keeps the R24 floor running: the desks behind it, how a studio gets onto the shelves, and what our licence actually binds us to.
The three desks behind six rooms
The floor desk owns what is on the shelves. It brings studios on, puts new titles up, pulls anything that misbehaves, and watches the 96 live tables for streams that drop or dealers who need relieving. It is the desk that decides a room is ready to open.
The cashier desk moves money in both directions and checks that a payout is going to the registered account holder and nobody else. The support desk answers players on live chat, Telegram and WhatsApp at every hour the rooms are open, in English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese. Three desks, one floor, and the words on this site come from the people working them.
How a studio gets onto the shelves
Thirty-three studios supply this floor. Twelve stock the slot shelves: Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Playtech, AdvantPlay, Habanero, JILI, CQ9, Spadegaming, Joker, JDB, Microgaming and PlayStar. Seven stream the live tables: Evolution, Dream Gaming, SA Gaming, AE Sexy, WM Casino, Asia Gaming and Pragmatic Live.
Five feed the sportsbook slip, Saba Sports, CMD368, SBOBET, IBC Maxbet and BTi, and they are carried together precisely because they disagree on price. Four run the cannon rooms: JILI, CQ9, JDB and Spadegaming. Two cover e-sports: TF Gaming and IM E-Sports. No studio on this floor is tied to us and we do not claim one is.
What is on the floor, in figures
1,780 titles and more across the six rooms, of which 1,180 and more are slots, with an average published RTP of 96.2%. Ninety-six live tables. Four cannon rooms. Five sportsbooks on one slip and two e-sports books beside them. A progressive pool standing at RM1,920,000.
61,000 registered accounts play across all of it on one balance with no transfers between rooms. The catalogue moves a little month to month as studios add and retire titles, which is why the counts are written as figures the shelves can live up to rather than as round numbers.
How the floor runs, day to day
One person holds one account, checked on the phone number, and accounts are for players 18 and over. A duplicate account is closed and any offer taken on it is reversed. A new handset triggers a one-time code to that number, and the same number is what the support desk works from when it looks an account up.
The cashier takes RM20 and up on ten ringgit rails and clears a deposit in under a minute at any hour. Withdrawals start at RM40 on DuitNow with a median of about six minutes, up to twenty between nine and half past eleven at night when the queue is longest, and a single request above RM15,000 goes to a person for a manual check.
Where our licence comes from
R24 holds a Curaçao gaming licence. No Malaysian authority issues a licence for an online casino, so none is claimed here. That is the whole position, and the cashier desk fields the question often enough that it is worth stating plainly rather than talking around.
What the licence binds us to is the part a player can check: the account pays only the registered holder, it pays in ringgit, player funds are kept apart from operating money, and the age check at sign-up is not a formality. The limits and exclusion tools that go with that are on the responsible gambling page, and they apply across the whole floor rather than room by room.
